RESTAURANT STYLE MYSORE MASALA DOSA BANAYE GHAR PAR WITH SOME WITH SOME TIPS | PODI DOSA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Dosa Batter - 2 Cups
- Semolina - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Chana Dal - 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 5
- Ginger - 1 Small Piece
- Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
- Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5-6
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
- Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 7-8
- Tamarind - Few
- Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Salt - To Taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
- Coconut & Peanut Chutney
- Aloo Ka Paliium
- Onion Chutney
- Podi Masala
- Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few
- Butter
- Cheese
- Heat a pan. Add oil, chana dal & saute.
- Add garlic cloves, ginger & saute on low flame.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add whole dry red chillies & saute.
- Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well.
- After 1-2 mins of sauteing turn off the flame. Let it cool down at room temperature.
- Take a mixer jar, add the sauteed ingredients & grind into a fine paste.
- Take a pan, add all the ingredients (14-19) & dry roast them.
- After a min of sauteing, add all the ingredients (20-23) & mix well. After a min, turn off the flame.
- Add asafoetida, salt & mix well. Let it cool down at room temperature.
- Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind it into a fine powder.
- Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-5) & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients from other ingredients list (5-7) & mix well.
- Heat a pan. Sprinkle a little water & wipe it out, spread dosa batter, spread butter, spread onion chutney, sprinkle podi masala, spread aloo ka pallium, add onion, tomato & green coriander.
- Place a cut on one side & fold the dosa into a triangle shape, add cheese to make a cheesy Mysore masala dosa.
- Serve hot with the other ingredients.
