RESTAURANT STYLE MYSORE MASALA DOSA BANAYE GHAR PAR WITH SOME WITH SOME TIPS | PODI DOSA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dosa Batter - 2 Cups
  2. Semolina - 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - To Taste
  5. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil - 1 tbsp
  7. Chana Dal - 1 tbsp
  8. Garlic Cloves - 5
  9. Ginger - 1 Small Piece
  10. Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
  11. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5-6
  12. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt - To Taste
  14. Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
  15. Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
  16. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  17. Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
  18. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  19. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  20. Garlic Cloves - 7-8
  21. Tamarind - Few
  22. Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
  23. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  24. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  25. Salt - To Taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coconut & Peanut Chutney
  2. Aloo Ka Paliium
  3. Onion Chutney
  4. Podi Masala
  5. Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
  6. Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
  7. Green Coriander - Few
  8. Butter
  9. Cheese
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, chana dal & saute.
  2. Add garlic cloves, ginger & saute on low flame.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add whole dry red chillies & saute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well.
  6. After 1-2 mins of sauteing turn off the flame. Let it cool down at room temperature.
  7. Take a mixer jar, add the sauteed ingredients & grind into a fine paste.
  8. Take a pan, add all the ingredients (14-19) & dry roast them.
  9. After a min of sauteing, add all the ingredients (20-23) & mix well. After a min, turn off the flame.
  10. Add asafoetida, salt & mix well. Let it cool down at room temperature.
  11. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind it into a fine powder.
  12. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-5) & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  13. Take a bowl, add all ingredients from other ingredients list (5-7) & mix well.
  14. Heat a pan. Sprinkle a little water & wipe it out, spread dosa batter, spread butter, spread onion chutney, sprinkle podi masala, spread aloo ka pallium, add onion, tomato & green coriander.
  15. Place a cut on one side & fold the dosa into a triangle shape, add cheese to make a cheesy Mysore masala dosa.
  16. Serve hot with the other ingredients.
