KARACHI STYLE MUTTON SHAMI KABAB | MUTTON RECIPES | BAKRA EID SPECIAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Boneless Mutton - 300 gms (Cut into small pieces
- Bengal Gram - 50 gms
- Potato - 1 Small
- Garlic Cloves - 5-6
- Ginger - 1 Small Piece (Chopped)
- Green Chillies - 3
- Whole Dry Red Chillies - 4
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Stick - 1
- Green Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Mint Leaves - Few (Chopped)
- Egg - 1
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients (1-14), add water less than 1/2 a glass. Close the cooker & bring it on full pressure, on high flame cook it till 2-3 whistles or till the mutton gets tender.
- After 2-3 whistles, take out the potato & deskin it. Mash it.
- Take out the rest of the ingredients on a plate, keep it aside & let it cool down at room temperature.
- After 5-8 mins, take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients, salt & grind it into a fine paste.
- Transfer it into a bowl, add the boiled mashed potato, mix them well.
- After 10-15 mins, add all the ingredients (16-19), add the grounded mutton & mix well.
- Take some amount, roll against the palms & give shape.
- Beat an egg.
- Dip kabab one by one in egg & coat well.
- Heat oil in a pan, put the coated kababs one by one & let it fry it turns golden brown. Fry it on medium-low flame.
- Serve hot.
