KARACHI STYLE MUTTON SHAMI KABAB | MUTTON RECIPES | BAKRA EID SPECIAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Mutton - 300 gms (Cut into small pieces
  2. Bengal Gram - 50 gms
  3. Potato - 1 Small
  4. Garlic Cloves - 5-6
  5. Ginger - 1 Small Piece (Chopped)
  6. Green Chillies - 3
  7. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 4
  8. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  10. Green Cardamom - 2
  11. Cloves - 2
  12. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  17. Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
  18. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  19. Mint Leaves - Few (Chopped)
  20. Egg - 1
  21. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients (1-14), add water less than 1/2 a glass. Close the cooker & bring it on full pressure, on high flame cook it till 2-3 whistles or till the mutton gets tender.
  2. After 2-3 whistles, take out the potato & deskin it. Mash it.
  3. Take out the rest of the ingredients on a plate, keep it aside & let it cool down at room temperature.
  4. After 5-8 mins, take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients, salt & grind it into a fine paste.
  5. Transfer it into a bowl, add the boiled mashed potato, mix them well.
  6. After 10-15 mins, add all the ingredients (16-19), add the grounded mutton & mix well.
  7. Take some amount, roll against the palms & give shape.
  8. Beat an egg.
  9. Dip kabab one by one in egg & coat well.
  10. Heat oil in a pan, put the coated kababs one by one & let it fry it turns golden brown. Fry it on medium-low flame.
  11. Serve hot.
